I had my home previously listed with an agent and had a contract on the home, but she was not an agent of integrity. (Misrepresented me and my buyers.) Wouldn't sell my Dog House with that agent. I re-listed with Dave Jones and never looked back. My home was wonderfully profiled for listing, communication of what I needed to do to sell my home was upfront, and all showings were professionally done. I had issues with my end of the property transfer, and Dave was extremely helpful and patient. Offering to personally help me in any manner.
