I was fortunate enough to get Dave’s help with finding and buying a home that is perfect for me. Dave did a great job and was always available and attentive to me. He really knows his market, which made the deal go through quickly and easily. I’ve already referred him to a co-worker. Highly recommended!

I told Dave what I was looking for in a home, and he delivered right on the mark. Every house he showed me was within my budget and had the amenities I wanted, from the wrap-around porch to the island in the kitchen. Dave didn't miss a beat. He kept the lines of communication open at all times and was very responsive and receptive to my needs. Best agent I have ever worked with. Two thumbs up to Dave for making my transition so much easier and stress-free!Read more

I found Dave Jones on Zillow, and he has been fantastic! He is showing us houses in the Watertown area, and I know we are getting close. He is so easy to get a hold of and is really patient answering all of our questions. He is so easy to work with. As a first-time home buyer, I could not have found a better realtor.

I had my home previously listed with an agent and had a contract on the home, but she was not an agent of integrity. (Misrepresented me and my buyers.) Wouldn't sell my Dog House with that agent. (Misrepresented me and my buyers.) Wouldn't sell my Dog House with that agent. I re-listed with Dave Jones and never looked back. My home was wonderfully profiled for listing, communication of what I needed to do to sell my home was upfront, and all showings were professionally done. I had issues with my end of the property transfer, and Dave was extremely helpful and patient. Offering to personally help me in any manner. Not only did he list and sell my home, but kept in communication verbally and with his inspiring mailings. My only regret was not originally listing with Dave! Top Notch Agent!Read more
